Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego replied, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you.
If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God whom we serve is able to save us. He will rescue us from your power, Your Majesty.
But even if he doesn’t, we want to make it clear to you, Your Majesty, that we will never serve your gods or worship the gold statue you have set up.”
“Look!” Nebuchadnezzar shouted. “I see four men, unbound, walking around in the fire unharmed! And the fourth looks like a god !”
Then Nebuchadnezzar came as close as he could to the door of the flaming furnace and shouted: “Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, servants of the Most High God, come out! Come here!” So Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego stepped out of the fire.

EXHORTATION
The three gentlemen – Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, had an amazing stubborn faith in their God.
Just like we learnt yesterday in our straight lesson, the three men walked in the power God had already given them. They did not plead with the king even after being threatened and later thrown into the blazing furnace. They just declared with confidence that their God will save them. They understood that their voices carried the mandate of the King and they spoke like people backed by heaven! And for sure, their God showed up and saved them!
We carry the same anointing today as sons and daughters of God. As declared in Psalms, we are the people He watches over, the flock under His care. Let us be encouraged to listen to his voice today. Never to be worried about what will happen tomorrow because we know He directs our steps. Let’s exercise our faith and speak to those mountains knowing fully well that by so doing we unlock heaven’s movement! Glory be to God
